Getting up early this morning i was excited to see the snow slowly drifting down to the ground and, most importantly, sticking. Getting up on the mountain i learned that the snow had only recently begun falling, leaving good conditions. The runs had been groomed early, leaving a small layer of fresh powder on top of most of the runs. While the fresh snow got pushed around a bit by the end of the day, it gave us all a reminder of what skiing in a bit of fresh snow is like. Looking forward to the first big snow!
